To identify hawkers who provide healthier dishes, look out for stalls displaying the healthier choice logo on labels which currently grade a stall’s hygiene and cleanliness.
These participating hawkers use at least one healthier ingredient in their cooking. The healthier ingredients include reduced saturated fat cooking oil, fibre-enriched beehoon and reduced salt soy sauce.
