New Way of looking at Insurance Policy

Do you know that we can sell or buy insurance policy (IP)?
There is not yet a market for this yet but I hope someone could start one soon.
In the state there are public companies doing this liao.Will need v big players to keep this kind of trade.

Why is there a need to trade insurance policy?
Currently, we could only cash back our IP in 3 ways.
1) Terminate the policy
2) Policy term ended
3) Die

Terminating is expensive and the cash back is always lower than the 3rd option. So not a wise choice unless desperate.
Term ended is good but for life policy which has a life long term. There does not make sense.
Die. (touch wood) I hope this should not be the best option but in case, the person who invested in the policy do not get to enjoy much. The family members should be glad they have someone who think for them.

At some point of our life, there will no longer or less dependant on us. (breadwinner)
This may be a good time to rethink what we may have invested in the IP.
Trading the IP may be a better option to consider.
Can bergain for a price between the cash out value (surrence) and pay out value.

So why would people/companies buy IP?
If you even look at the pay out value, the last few year of the IP is usually on the very steep increasing slope.
It make sense to buy IP that pp may not be able to finance anymore or do not need for wat ever reason.
This for me is a win win situation but ones will need huge lots of money to play in this game.
Return of investment can be very very long. Or very very short.
I proposed to build in the cost of 'leaving' if needed. This will make this business a softer touch.

My Children sick again. Started Sunday 19 Nov 06, see this 24 hrs doctor, give so many medicine. Today still have to go back to my OLD Doctor. Think is getting better now.

Also good lah. If not really can not take LEAVE at all. Always so many things to do.

Really, thinking of change the present designation liao. Kind of enough liao. 4 years is a long time.
